Fast support checklist

Include the app version shown in Settings.
Tell us your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
For purchase issues, use Settings → Restore purchase first. Apple manages billing, refunds, and cancellation in your App Store account settings.
For data issues, avoid deleting the app until we reply. Climbr stores your logbook locally on your device.

Privacy and data

Climbr has no account system and no social feed. Your sessions, sends, crags, routes, PRs, photos, and beta notes are stored on your device.

Subscription management

Manage or cancel Climbr Pro in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
