Climbr

Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

Climbr is published by Toolbelt. By installing and using Climbr, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which governs the iOS app itself.

The app, in plain language

Climbr is a personal climbing-session logger. It runs on your iPhone. It is not a coaching, medical, or safety tool. You're responsible for your own climbing, your own gear, and your own decisions on the wall.

Pricing

Climbr is free to download and use for unlimited session logging, all grade-conversion features, and the last 30 days of session history.

Climbr Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited session history, grade-progression charts, advanced filtering, and CSV export. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Warranty disclaimer

Climbr is provided "as is" with no warranty. Climbing is inherently dangerous and Climbr is not a safety tool. We make a serious effort to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee against data loss. Export to CSV regularly if your logbook matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolbelt's total liability for any claim related to Climbr is limited to the amount you paid for Climbr Pro during the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms when we ship new features. Material changes will be summarized in the app's release notes.
